Hello to all who attended our gathering at Edith Macy Center in New York recently. June Webb did an amazing job organizing this for us. What an amazing adventure we had. Sorry more of you could not join us, perhaps next time! We hope to meet in Savannah, USA in a few years. This is the site of the start of Girl Scouting in the US.

Just received my June Newsletter - thank you -so I thought I would check out the website as well. Very nice site! I have visited all the World Centres and would love to go to them all again! I need to find my last newsletter, as I am not sure what is meant by "patches" for fundraising!

I was at Our Chalet two years ago and loved not only Our Chalet but Switzerland. I was in the Rainbows, Brownies and now in the Guides. Love Our Chalet and Switzerland.

Nice website, enjoyed purchasing the "goodies" such as the badges. Was a Brownie, Guide and Ranger between 1990 - 2000. Visited Pax Lodge as a Brownie in 1992. The group is a good way of keeping in touch with guiding.

Well done Lin.I will forward this new site to my Guiding friends.
I was glad to see there's a trip to Sangam planned in 2010. I was there in 2001 and want to go again as I've now been to all the World Centres.

Wow! This site is looking really good now - well done Lin!

I've just returned from Our Chalet (so now I've been to them all!) and want to encourage the rest of the group I went with to join the Friends...any chance we could have a joining form on here so people can fill it in then print it out & return it to their country's secretary with their cheques?
Best wishes to all the Friends,
love Gail X

Brilliant Linda. We love the website - we visited Our Chalet few years ago and did the house tour and made many new friends - we went and stayed at Pax Lodge this year and were made so welcome, next year we are off to Sangam with many of the friends we made in Switzerland - this only leaves us Our cabana !

Love the website. Having experienced the house tour of Our Chalet and Pax Lodge I am really looking to forward to staying at Sangam in February 2009. This means I must visit Our Cabana too to complete the set. This site certainly whets my appetite for travel and my ambition to visit them all! Well done Linda.
